courier not pickup

I have 10 orders which the courier people are not coming to pick up yet and I have also reported to Amazon but Amazon is also not taking any action against the courier people. The courier people are doing whatever they want and are openly saying that we do not make any profit by picking up Amazon orders and are refusing to pick up.

If this is happening with you too, then together we can file a customer care case against Amazon and the courier person and I have total proof, you guys can also submit your proof and talk to me, we cannot bear our loss, we have to pay courier charges and the products are getting damaged

I think you are a new seller, give it sometime, talk with the Hub Manager and tell them your issue, once the pickup person comes, treat them with respect and you will be good, don't worry.

Happened with us for the first 2-3 months at-least, It is very common for new FBM sellers.
