Negative Feedback on Order Cancelled by Customer
Customer cancelled order, then left us a 1-star review stating that they never received the order. Went through support, but they said they were unable to do anything about the feedback. Is there any way to get this suppressed? Screenshot provided showing that the order was cancelled by the buyer:

Can you confirm me if you tried already to request removal from Seller Central following these steps?
- Access Seller Central and select Performance and Feedback Manager from the menu on the top left.
- Once here, click on Negative.
- Find the related order in the list and click in the arrow close to Choose one and click on Request removal as below:
If you have followed this step already, could you share here the ID of the case? If not, try to request removal following these steps and, even if the request is rejected, you can share here the ID of the case so that I can proceed with an internal review.
