What's wrong in warehouse RDU2?
2 boxes in shipment FBA17Z9MRF3J were delivered 3 times to warehouse RDU2 and finally they were received. However, they just scanned one box while ignored the other one. Then this shipment will never be eligible for investigation. Why you asked for placement fees but never improved FBA service for sellers? I opened several cases but no useful solution as usual. I don't want to wait for endless days and I just want to sell my products. Why it's so hard for FBA warehouse workers to find my box and list the inventory? What should I do?

I have the same problem with this Warehouse my box was delivered 3 weeks ago I am still waiting Amazon should receive my box

I understand that it can be frustrating to wait for shipments to be delivered, then checked in and the items made available for sale. Please note that the process for a shipment to be delivered, checked in, and received will take at least six days, but often longer.
It may involve units being transferred to other fulfillment centers, as well as standard delays during busy periods.
