Listing images quality degraded

Hello,

After uploading my infographics and other photos to my listing, they look lossy, compressed and even altered when I visit the listing on my desktop. They were all high quality, large file sizes. I have tried re-uploading them as .png and .tiff files, but Amazon tells me those files "aren't supported" (even though it recommends them, go figure!) Furthermore, they look totally fine on my phone. Not sure how to resolve this. Thanks for any insights!

when I re-sized my photos to 500 pixels on the longest side, it seems to fix the problem with grainy detail images somewhat. amazon made some internal change recently that causes this, but seller support was not helpful in fixing the problem.
