MISSING UNIT discrepancy in an FBA shipment
It is my first time selling on Amazon
I SEND TO AMAZON 17 BOXES
THEY INBOUND 1 BOX OF 12 UNITS BUT I SEND 17 BOXES OF 204 UNITS
I labeled all 17 boxes and bundled them together IN 1 BOX to save on shipping.
there was only 1 tracking number.
BUT AMAZON SAID to provide 17 unique tracking IDs or proof of delivery for each unique parcel that was sent in the shipment.
THERE ARE ONLY ONE TRACKING ID AND ALL 17 BOX IN IT
I ALSO PROVE THAT 12 UNIT WILL NEVER WEIGHT 17.15KG /37.8 LBS
I HAVE AN INVOICE I HAVE FEDEX TRACKING LINK TO FEDEX PROVE OF DOCUMENTS I SEND TO AMAZON
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW PLEASE HELP ME

since you did not bother to learn how to package inventory correctly, I would HIGHLY recommend you put in a removal request, have it returned, visit the links they send you to learn how to do it right and THEN do business with Amazon Warehouses.
