My Listing Is Not Being Reinstated. Please Help!
ASIN: B0C3QD7DQB
Case ID: 16837794701, 16788565771, 16799975491
Probably, there is an Amazon system glitch. Something has been messed up and needs to be repaired.
The listing was fixed by me 3 weeks ago. But never reinstated.
Amazon Selling partner support team is not helpful and does not want to cooperate, even after a phone call to Amazon Account Health Support.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks after this phone call!
I am very upset, to say the least. Amazon Account Health Support has been very silent since then.
Another Amazon department told me this listing can be reinstated only by the Amazon Account Health Support team.
Please kindly investigate this issue and reinstate this listing. My FBA inventory has become stranded. This is affecting my business.
Your help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I am desperately seeking your help!
Please help me to reinstate my listing, ASIN: B0C3QD7DQB
It has been deactivated by Amazon for over a month already. Amazon Seller Support is ignoring my repeated messages.
Case ID: 16837794701, 16788565771, 16799975491
My FBA inventory has been stranded for more than a month.
The automatic removal date is on 02/04/2025 (the 4th of February).
If this listing is not reinstated, it will get automatically removed by Amazon. As a result, I will lose my money (the cost of the goods, the cost of shipping them to Amazon FBA [this is not cheap as I am shipping from Southeast Asia], the cost of disposal or return). Please understand my situation.
Thank you for your help and support!

Hello @Seller_PHJLjB67IydgI
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have been attempting to resolve with your listing. I know this can be very frustrating when there is minimal information available, so I do want to provide some insight to better assist you.
Case ID: 16837794701, 16788565771, 16799975491
I did review the case information you provided, in addition to communicating with another team regarding the effected ASIN. From the information available, I did see where the initial violation associated to the ASIN had been resolved. Around the same time that this occurred, there does appear to have been an additional concern that has now prevented the listing from being reinstated.
The information available does indicate that there is infringement occurring with the specific ASIN that needs to be addressed before additional action can be taken. It would appear that the brand 'Phoyok' has concerns over the utilization of their trademark on this listing. In addition, we observed several spots where this trademark is listed, would you be able to clarify if this is your product or another brands that you are listing? Would you be able to make edits to correct the details to ensure that the listing is accurate? If you have attempted to make these types of changes, please provide the corresponding case ID for us to further review.
As mentioned previously, you will need to take action to correct the details of the listing before the ASIN may be considered for reactivation. If you encounter any issues with this process, please refer back to this thread so our team may further review and provide additional guidance.
Best,
Atlas
