bad review and bad star rating
How can a buyer leave a bad review about the exact size and quantity of a product he reviewed is exactly was is advertised and shown in details and images on my amazon product?
in other words, was the customer expecting to receive some random size and quantities of my product?
I contacted Amazon and there is no recourse or me to remove this feedback or low star rating, how is this possible?

First it may be helpful to confirm if this customer left you a product review or a seller feedback comment. You can read through the differences here, but both do have pathways to request removal.
Seller feedback removal requests can be submitted through your Feedback Manager while product reviews can be reported using the processes outlined in this forums post. Be sure to also familiarize yourself with the situations when Amazon may be able to remove seller feedback comments. In short they are situations where the comment contains profanity, personal information, or is entirely a product review with no reflection on the services provided by the seller.
