Has anybody filed a copyright violation recently? Amazon is NOT allowing you to submit a claim unless you purchase the product that you are reporting about. In the past, if we showed enough documentation, we were allowed to submit without any purchase. This is bad especially when the seller is someone who is shipping from China and will take more than a months to receive the item. Till then, this hijack will destroy my product reviews.
Anybody?

Hello @Seller_b10pMr5jRwBE9- thanks for sharing this to the forums. While other sellers offer their recent experiences, I did want to chime in to share there are multiple ways to report violations.
In order to report for infringement you need to have a registered (not pending) trademark. If you don't yet have a trademark or are not the brand owner, evidence is required to confirm if an item is infringing in the form of a test buy and images of the product to confirm there is a violation. The fact that an order takes an extended period to deliver is generally not sufficient evidence that there is a violation. I apologize for any difficulties this may pose, and will be sure our team is aware of the frustration this causes for our sellers.
