New Book Prep - Amazon FBA

I self-published my book and am looking to do FBA. They are packaged from manufacturer 40 books per box, and also have an ISBN number printed directly on the book. I was wondering ...

--Do I need to prep each book separately? I have bought books before on amazon and they just arrive in the amazon polymailer.

--I am reading that I need to apply a label over the ISBN on each book is that correct? If so, these labels are generated through Amazon Seller Central?

You need to print out a FNSKU label and apply it over the book's original barcode when sending your books to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

It might make sense to offer your book FBM = Fulfilled by Merchant before sending any to an Amazon Fulfillment Center, so you can get a sense of the market for your books before getting in too deep with FBA.

Most self-published books have limited market appeal, so consider going slowly and carefully when attempting to sell your book on Amazon.

Good luck!
