Feedback removal
Hello!
I was trying to find any info about what I can do if a buyer had initially left me negative feedback, but the issue was resolved and compensated to the buyer, so that he was really happy with the service in the end. I can’t reach the buyer unfortunately, can I make a removal request for amazon in such case?

No, it would be on the buyer to remove that only and if you could contact them, you’d have to be really careful how you worded it as it could look you were compensating the customer to remove a negative review.
Amazon would not remove the feedback unless the initial feedback fell under the reasoning to remove the feedback (ie its a product review, contains swearing etc)
Best bet is to leave a factual response to the feedback advising the outcome.

As osgood says, only the buyer can actually remove feedback (and, for your info, it cannot be amended, only removed).
You would have to give them instructions - they can do it from the order - but as they are not responding then there isn’t much you can do
Amazon will not remove it unless it fall within their (rather strict) removal criteria.
