Buyer sent back empty package of junk item, how to report
Buyer requested a return and received an immediate refund upon creating the return label. Which seemed odd as usually the item must be returned first. We received the return package today and inside was a tiny empty package of some ear buds. The item they purchased was 26lbs. So we had to pay for a 26lb return label for them to actually keep the heavy item they purchased and were already refunded for and then they just sent back a 1oz empty ear bud package. So we lost our item, we also lost money paying for the return label. We also cannot access "manage returns" for some reason. It is just a blank screen. But we do know the order number. How do we report this and get our money back and keep this from happening to somebody else?

safe t claims are a joke.... my returns consist of used lotions, empty valentine boxes, nothing I ever sold, an empty pocket back holder and many other things. All denied by safe t except a $3 refund that barely covered the shipping. Buyers are used to returns with no questions and a lot take advantage of it.

Safe-T has been denying many issues like this we had one where they only gave outgoing shipping back and said that was all that was covered not the missing $100 item. Seems these Amazon boycotters in weeks back and are returning and swapping out items with intent to harm but do not realize we are not Amazon.

Unfortunately Amazon does nothing so customers keep doing this stuff. There is no loss to Amazon and it falls directly on its sellers so they dont care. What an environment they have created.
