HELP: We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Grocery & Gourmet Foods category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s) Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
We’re experiencing a repeated issue with our ingestible product listing in the Grocery & Gourmet Foods category.
About two months ago, our ASIN was deactivated with the same restriction message regarding “Other Human Ingestible Products in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”. At that time, we submitted a manufacturer invoiceupon request and the listing was approved again without any issues.Now, after successfully listing the product and preparing our shipment, we are facing the same deactivation again, but this time Amazon is not providing an option to submit documentation for review.
The product is currently in transit to Amazon’s fulfillment center, and we’re extremely concerned it will arrive while the listing is inactive.Can someone from the Amazon team please assist or clarify how to proceed in this case? We are brand registered and have followed all requirements.Thank you

Hi, our ingestible listing in Grocery & Gourmet Foods was deactivated again for the same condition issue. There’s no button to upload documentation or link to request reapproval. Support replies are automated and we haven’t been able to escalate the issue. Could you please help us?
