Hello there, while I can't discuss taxes at length I wanted to provide the below information found from this resource.

For calendar tax year 2023, Amazon is only required to issue a Form 1099-K to you if a seller had:

  • More than $20,000 in unadjusted gross sales, and
  • More than 200 transactions.

If you did not meet the reporting threshold for the respective tax year, you will not receive an IRS Form 1099-K from Amazon. You can learn more about the threshold changes here.

Should you have additional questions, I'd recommend opening up a case with Seller Support who could better provide guidance.
