There are many factors in getting the Buy Box -- lowest price is only one of them.

Before amazon gives you the BB, they want to make sure that you are making customers happy. There's more than just the price.
They want to see what your return rate is, what sort of feedback/reviews you get, and how reliably you ship your orders (if FBM), among other things they won't tell us.
It's not gonna happen in a week, even if FBA (which their docs say are automatically eligible; they aren't). Expect it to take at least a couple of months, depending on your sales and feedback.

If there is no buy box on the listing it is because Amazon is PRICE SUPPRESSING your item forcing you to make it down or making it not sell by discouraging customers from buying.

I think you need to open a case to find out the root cause. If you the pricing error, please fix in your seller central. If your account in poor ODR, please get more feedback and orders to improve. Use FBA service may help. At least, check other website like ebay, temu to see anyone use your listing description and pictures sold in cheaper price than amazon.

geographic location plays a huge role in getting BB. price is very secondary to geography. if your customer can't get the item in less than 2 days, your price is almost irrelevant if other sellers can get the product to the customer in under 2 days.

If you are using FBM (fulfilled by Merchant) that would be the 2nd reason other than your listings are only a week old which is the primary reason.
We've been selling on Amazon for well over 15 years and until we started using FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) our products were never in the buy box. In fact that was our primary reason for using FBA. The difference in sales is like day and night. From our experience you aren't even scraping the surface of reaching potential Amazon sales until you are using FBA and in the buy box for at least part of the time.
