Has settled with the opposing lawyer, but he doesn’t know how to withdraw the lawsuit! !
A word that was registered as a brand appeared in the copy of my product title, so I received a complaint from the copyright owner. The reason displayed by Amazon was Trademark on Product, so the product link has been removed.
Fortunately, I have successfully contacted the other party's lawyer, and the other party has expressed his willingness to help me withdraw the lawsuit.
However, problems were encountered when withdrawing the lawsuit. First, the opposing lawyer was unable to complete the withdrawal on Amazon's withdrawal link: https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement/signin. See the attached picture for details.
Then the opposing lawyer also sent a withdrawal email to notice-retraction@amazon.com (the opposing lawyer said this was the email address it used when making the complaint). However, three days have passed and no response has been received to the email. Product link was not restored.
Now I want to know if there are other ways to withdraw the lawsuit. What should I do next?

I would recommend two things.
1. Its not a lawsuit. Its a complaint that Amazon accepted. The correct phrasing here is "withdraw the complaint". There is no legal issue and no lawsuit here.
2. Complaints are typically submitted through brand registry. To find out who submitted it, you should have received an email with the contact information of the person who submitted it. If its the lawyer, then the lawyer must withdraw your complaint through brand registry..not in the way that your screenshot shows.

Correction, "withdraw the lawsuit." should be "withdraw the complaint"

Hello @Seller_iymwVeXYvKBWR,
Dougal from the Community Manager Team here. Thanks to @Seller_vSOOwekJLU6c0 for providing the clarification detail on complaint vs lawsuit. I expect the violation has been successfully retracted because I am not seeing any IP violations in your Account Health Dashboard.
Please let me know if this is not the case or you need further assistance.
Best, Dougal
