Customer return and refund
A customer returned a book to me through Amazon, and Amazon sent her a prepaid label to my previous address. (My mistake for not removing it from my profile). It was then returned to the customer, and when she contacted me I gave her my current address and told her I would refund her postage, plus the cost of the book. When I looked up her order it looked like Amazon had already refunded her the cost of the book plus her original postage. Does Amazon do this? If so, I just need to refund her the cost of the current postage, right?

Yes, Amazon does RFS (Refund First Scan), so as soon as the return got its first scan Amazon would have refunded the buyer. Then because of the incorrect address, the book was returned. If the buyer will still return the book to you, you should be able to refund her the additional shipping cost by using the "Additional Refunds" section of the refund page.
