I cannot add other marketplace!

Hi~ I want to add a Japan market place but I got this message.

'We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address.'

How can I solve it?

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

I understand that you are trying to register in the Japan Marketplace but are receiving an error message. Had you started registration in another Marketplace prior to registering for Japan Marketplace? If so, I would suggest logging into the first marketplace and completing the verification process. Once successfully completed, you can expand globally by navigating to the sell globally dashboard, and selecting Asia-Pacific to link the Japan Marketplace.

If you choose to register using a different address, you can navigate directly to sellercentral-japan.amazon.com and selecting the Sign Up button.

If you are still experiencing an issue being able to sign up for Japan Marketplace, I would suggest opening a case with Support for troubleshooting.
