Severe issues with FBA inbound pickup.

Hi everyone, I am facing severe issues with my latest FBA inbound pickup.

First replenishment consignment was created on May 15 2025 with pickup date on May 18 2025. No one from ATS picked up the consignment. I raised a ticket with the helpdesk and was sent a Qualtrics link to re-schedule the pickup, which was rescheduled to May 20, 2025. Again no one came to pickup the consignment.

Then I raised another ticket and was told the original shipment has been cancelled. I had not cancelled this shipment, it seems to be auto-cancelled and marked as cancelled by Seller. The system however still shows the status of the shipment as In transit.

I reached out to helpdesk again, and was asked to create a new shipment, which was scheduled for pickup today 09-June- 2025 by 2:15 PM. Still no one has come to pick up the consignment. I called helpdesk and was informed that the consignment is marked as "pickup failure" in the system. No calls were made to me and no one even reached out to me regarding the pickup. My seller central shipment status says In transit.

Is anyone else facing such issues with Amazon ATS pickup service?.
