I submitted my electricity bill as requested to verify my seller status, but unable to activate my account
Dear Amazon,
Hello, I requested Amazon to have a video call with me to verify my identity.
My Amazon selling account was successfully activated on September 30. But it was deactivated on October 2, and I received an email notification that I needed to provide additional documents to verify my identity.
I submitted a real electricity bill on November 6, and the invoice issued by the bill as supporting materials. My electricity bill can be queried and is real and valid. However, on November 6, I received an email that my account was rejected for restoration, and the reason was: there is not enough information to reactivate my account at present.
At the same time, the email did not tell me how to reactivate my account. It notified me that if I think my account was wrongly deactivated, I need to explain and submit evidence to show that my account did not violate the provisions of Article 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. After that, I wrote 3 appeal emails and received no response.
I am very frustrated! Not only was my account restoration rejected because I submitted a real electricity bill, but I think my appeal was reviewed by a machine, not a human.
Finally, I don't know how I can reactivate my Amazon selling account. My account was deactivated, isn't it because I need to provide additional documents to verify my identity? I requested that Amazon conduct a video call with me to verify my identity.

Does all the information match exactly as to what you used to sign up with?

Post the original notice you received that says, "Why is this happening?".

It seems many sellers tend to skim over the first part of the statement - "To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents...."
Is your card an actual credit card (you receive a statement, charges interest on any unpaid balance, isn't tied to a checking or savings account)? Debit and pre-paid cards aren't accepted for being able to sell.
@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has given you good advice and asked pertinent questions.
