Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement

What documents do I need to upload to be able to restore my account? I did not violate any Amazon policies, this was a mistake. Please help me, I received this email from amazon:

Hello,

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Please continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":

From the information you have provided in the title and in your thread, I see that you account has been deactivated due to violation our section 3 and code of conduct policies. What could have contributed to this?

Per our amazon services business solutions agreement and ourcode of conduct policies, all seller's must agree to the terms and conditions of amazon policies and follow federal, state and local laws when registered to sell on amazon, and must provide accurate information to amazon and our customers at all times and act fairly and not misuse amazon's features or services. Violating the amazon services business solutions agreement and the code of conduct or any other Amazon policies may result in actions against your account, such as cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of selling privileges.
