Courier Guy didn't came to pick up the product 5 times in a row
I am absolutely fed up with the pickup service that Amazon’s Courier Partner is providing us. Last four orders were not picked up and this time also the pickup is not performed. This is causing me huge loss of business. Amazon does not know how to create discipline among its workforce. The management as well as the seller support team is an utter waste and a group of incapable people. From the past four times they are not able to resolve the issue so this time also I do not expect them to resolve it.

My pick up was Scheduled for Yesterday , no one turned up for the pick up Yesterday , infact today also I have not received any call from Amazon for the pick up.

I too am facing the same issue. The Amazon Courier guy mentions his convenient timings and doesnt bother about the timings we confirm for pickup. He doesn’t want to take couriers on Sundays or in the 1pm-4pm slot. Though we mention the 1pm slot, they insist to give in the morning slot or postpone to next day as they has specific routing to follow. Changing the pickup-time according to them has effected my ’ Late Dispatch Rate’ and I still see no action from Amazon team to stop this.

I am very happy about ATS pick up service.My local pick up boys are nice people.they have assigned one particular person for pick up all my parcels.when is on holiday,they send alternative pick up boy.well when I started I have to hand over them personally when pick up is missed.They appreciated my gesture & never failed.even sometime they still come to pick up when there is nothing
