best deal
We had run Best deals for almost every months for 3 years. It really boosts sales. But all of sudden the US marketplace best deal button disappeared for all ASINs. (We have Lightning in the US market, but missing the best deals). We contacted support and all they provide are very general answer saying not qualify. The fact is all these asin have very good rating and as a seller we have 100% positive feedback. They seems not understanding the real issue is system error is preventing the US marketplace for best deal to show up.

I have closely looked into this issue and can confirm that this is working as expected. There is no system issue or technical error preventing the recommendations from showing up, it means that at this moment your products are not eligible for Best deals.
Even though your products meet the eligibility criteria, it is possible that certain products won't receive recommendations. There are no actions that can be taken from your end or our end to fix this.
You will receive recommendations automatically once the products become eligible again.
