Instead of asking for help from a Mod, try this. Go to the listing page for the product and find the little box that says REPORT ERRORS ON THE PAGE. Click the box and report what is wrong.

Whenever we find a page problem, we use this method and the change is usually made within 24 hours. It seems Amazon cares more about their buyers than they do about the sellers. When that little box is clicked, immediate action is taken for some reason, but if you go the "Open a Case" route, nothing happens.
