How do I open a video direct account
Amazon support keeps sending me around in circles. I want to sell mp4 videos. Apparently I need an account with Amazon video dealer. I try to sign into https://videodirect.amazon.com, but get errors and it tells me:
You don't have access to Video Central/Video Direct. To set up an account or access an existing account, please contact your Prime Video Partner Relationship Manager.
How do I contact that person?

Hi there, my name is CR. I am unfamiliar with this and do not believe that this is possible. Prime Video partners are not related to selling on Amazon.
If you have a case #, feel free to drop it below and I'd be happy to see if there is anything further I can look into there.
