Can't register to sell in UK and Europe
We currently sell in the USA and are doing well - however I keep running into errors trying to get set up with the UK and Europe.
We actually started registering for the UK a couple years ago, but put it on hold and forgot about it. There used to be a link when you click the top left that said "pending registration" but now it is gone.
When I try to register for an account again, it just keeps looping me back to the homepage. I have tried multiple browsers and computers so I know that isnt the issue.
I go to "sell globally" -> hit "uk" or "germany" or whatever and then "sign up" -> it asks me to select an account -> and I'm back at home screen.
This issue loops over and over and over. It will never fix. I've probably looped thru 8 times and it's doing nothing. Any advice? I really want to start selling in the UK/Europe this week.

I understand how frustrating these registration loops can be, especially when you're trying to expand your business. The situation with the incomplete UK registration from years ago is likely the root of your current difficulties.
Based on my experience with similar cases, here's what needs to be done:
Clear your browser cookies and cache (while you've tried different browsers, this step is still necessary and it could help)
If that doesn't work, please contact Seller Support to remove the incomplete/pending UK registration from your account. This can be done through:
Case Log > Account Settings > Other Account Issues
Explain the situation with the incomplete UK registration and then share the case ID here with me so that I can track and escalate it on my end if needed.
Should you continue experiencing issues after Seller Support addresses the old registration, please let me know and I'll provide additional guidance.
