How do I view Returns that have not been returned
Also I would like to see when the money is to be released. I had a few larger purchases file returns and the buyers still haven't sent the books back to Amazon. How long does it take for Amazon to release the money back to me and how do I see a list of these type transaction with release dates back into my account?

Thanks for that question about returns. I shared some help page links below with information about how returns work.
As a general rule: with Refund at First Scan for seller-fulfilled returns, a buyer receives a refund when the returned item is dropped off at a designated carrier location using a prepaid return label that was issued by us.
If there is an issue with the return or returned item, you can file a SAFE-T Claim: Reimbursement for seller-fulfilled network prepaid returns.
