Amazon itself placing orders on my products for evaluation,Logically they don’t get delivered .However when I get back those they are different from what I sent

I file for SAFE T claim but I don’t get 100% reimbursement of invoice value

This is happening with some genuine customers too

They might reject at the time of delivery but in return I get different ones
