Lable printer

I am using a thermal printer called PM -241-BT. I have connected my DHL account to amazon and whenever I am buying a ticket and wants to print it after filling all the details (weight etc.) the printing labels printed are all numbers and letters.

I have installed QZ Tray and configured it for mac system but still facing the same issue.

I am wasting a lot of lables and the issue still there.

Is there anyone here who had the same issue before and can help?
