Amazon Shipped Products even though Start Date was in future
We set up products for an upcoming launch and set both the Offering Release Date and Merchant Release Date to a future date. However, once Amazon received inventory, they started shipping the products even though they weren't set to release yet. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

The Offer Release Date is the date that you want your items to go live on Amazon. Did you file a Support case asking the team to check why items may have been shipped before that date?
