Brand Registry application/appeals declined over and over with no reason given

CASE ID: 17523682711

Our brand registry application and appeals keep getting rejected, but I do not know why. They are refusing to give me a specific reason and just provide a list of generic reason that have nothing to do with us!

Mods can you please assist me and help me figure out why my brand application keeps getting declined?

Dougal here and I can take a look at what might be going on, thanks for including the case ID. The Brand Registry enrollment team will not provide a more specific reason beyond the 6 potential reasons that have been provided. I was able to identify at least 1 area of concern. I recommend reviewing the Account Health status of all the stores you have an account in because there is 1 that is not in good standing. You will see this on the homepage when you log into Seller Central "Good afternoon, you have stores currently ...."
