Featured Offer Eligibility Review Request
Hello, I have been selling on Amazon for a little over a month and have never gotten Buy Box/Featured Offers on my listings. I'm familiar with the check eligibility tool but this is not an issue on one or two listings but rather widespread on our account. It is at zero percent and has been this way since I had started selling.
Due to this issue, I have not been able to move much volume and this is critical to the health of my business.
The account is now back to normal after a few long weeks and many slow orders.
Can a mod please help?

Michelle at Amazon here. As your account is new, it can take time to earn the featured offer eligibility. I have reviewed your Voice of the Customer and your Performance Notifications and would advise you to review your listings that are having issues, as you want to ensure that you are not getting complaints about your listings, as this can cause issues with your featured merchant eligibility.
I am providing this help page that may provide you with information you find helpful. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the approval for your items to be featured merchant eligible.
