Account is eligible for PRIME and GUARANTEED DELIVERY PROGRAMME still suspended from Easy ship prime
Few days back, received email from Easy ship team stating that our prime badge and guaranteed delivery programme has been suspended and reasons given were due to LDR, ODR etc basically breach of performance metrics.
Whereas the metrics have been maintained very well as per the given standards only. Seller support too confirmed that it is some kind of error so They gave me a form to fill up for re-apply to Easy ship prime but received their mail that we have to wait for next 30 days and then reapply.
The thing is-
1) Performance metrics are given to sellers so that they can maintain it on that scale and we are very well maintaining that. All the parameters are met but still this is the result.
2) Received NO IMPACT kind of listing violation issues that too raised incorrectly against our account stating bullet points removed whereas bullet points were exactly as per the product and the products are available at FC itself.
Seller support did confirm that Easy ship Prime is not related to this Listing Violation issue but still one of the agent said untill this violation doesn't get removed easy ship prime won't be reactivating.
The issue is these listing violations first of all are never met by us and its incorrectly raised. The buller points are there in listing, re-updated for the sake of meeting the standards and earlier too it was meeting the standard but since these are NO IMPACT on accout health kind of violations so these would go away post 180 days.
I know this is not related to Easy ship prime but still if 1 agent out of 5 agents is telling this is the reason then it seems not curable and it means it would take 180 days to get the Easy ship Prime.
The respective teams do not check properly and they cause and let seller suffer. For last 2 years, I have experience that nothing is curable at Amazon now for a seller. Once a threat or notice issued, sellers can't get rid of it despite of doing all things said by Amazon.
All the agents checked the shippping performance, ODR, LDR, Cancellation rate, Customer issues but all are within the allowed metrics. 100% is not possible therefore a PARAMETER is given to sellers for maintainence. Our is so far so good.
No one replies - Social media, seller support, easy ship team, seller performance team is now a myth, nothing is there who can go through and actually reply on concrete basis.
I obviously won't loose business because we have FBA but still Easy ship Prime is required and its suspended incorrectly and now there is no one who actually monitors this .
2 years back, there used to teams for all such issues where actual people used to read sellers side of issues and if incorrect actions were taken by team amazon due to err then they used to reverse the affect but now nothing such exists at Amazon.
