Very longer delivery time even after keeping product on FBA.

Hello .

Recently seen by sales completely dropped. Upon check what i found is my products are showing delivery time of 10 days even after being on FBA. whereas other seller is on easyship and its delivery time is 6 days. Hence customers are ordering from them. So , am suffering being on FBA service.

Note that ,

1. my product is in same amaozon warehouse of pincode am ordering from.

2. Other seller is also doing easyship from same pincode

3. Am also trying to order from this same pincode ,and finding that FBA is longer time (10 days) and easyship is 6 days.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Contacted amazon customer service , but issue remain unresolved. Amazon response as below. ,
