Which self ship service will be better for mattress shipping?

Hello,

I’m a new seller on Amazon. We’re manufacturer of orthopedic and semi orthopedic mattresses. Upon registering I came to know that the Amazon EasyShip doesn’t support Large items. I would like suggestions on which self ship service will be better and economical for my category. I’ve heard India Post is good and economical? Please suggest and help me on the shipping part as I’m new and have to absorb the shipping procedure.

Thanks in advance.

Price usually depends on number of shipments each month. Irrespective, if you are sending heavy shipments the mode of transportation would be road(called Surface) and not Air. If you send heavy shipments through Air rates are going to be high. FedEx charges Rs.15 onwards per KG for transportation PAN India. I’ve had 40 kg shipments sent from Tamil Nadu to Punjab for Rs.650 + GST through my FedEx account. Aramex, Delhivery, TCI, Safexpress all have similar rates.
