Dear Amazon Seller Support & Community,

I am writing this out of deep frustration and disappointment.

I have been incorrectly charged weight handling fees on my products more than 15 times. Each time, I submitted all valid proofs as per Amazon’s stated policy – including packaging details, weight, and dimensions – yet none of my claims have been reimbursed.

About 15 days ago, I even filled out all the necessary forms again for the recent incorrect fee deductions, but the claims were rejected without providing any reason. This is extremely unfair and against the trust we sellers place in Amazon’s support system.

The EasyShip Team has been completely unresponsive, and the Seller Support Team is not taking any strict or effective action. As small and medium sellers, such repeated issues are causing financial losses and mental stress. How are we supposed to sustain our businesses if genuine cases are being ignored?

I request Amazon to:

Re-investigate these 15+ incorrect fee claims.

Take immediate action on EasyShip's errors and handling processes.

Share a clear, transparent explanation for rejections if proofs are provided as per policy.

If this continues, sellers like us will lose confidence in the platform.

We need real support, not silence.

This is also happening with me iam charged ₹81.42 but i should be charged only 76.70 because:

On ₹65 Fees 18% GST is also charged that becomes 76.70 But iam charged ₹4.72 Extra Which has very value in the business

This is very unfair

in the same product same quantity reports shows different dimensions and charges. amazon find new way to remove small seller

i recently charged in total 2047 rupees.
