Orders are going to be cancelled
Hi, I am a new seller.
I went through my cancelled orders one day and found that my 14 orders are cancellsd in last 2 months. Out of them 5 are cancelled by the customers and for 9 orders there is no reason, only "cancelled" written and a message written above that "this order is cancelled and the buyer will not be charged for it" I wonder what is it? 2 hours ago another order was cancelled. I never cancelled any order. Is Amazon cancelling these orders ? But why? As I just started I get only a very few orders on ppc. I am paying on ppc but my orders are being cancelled for no reason.
Please Amazon reps please tell me what is wrong here resulting in orders cancelling?

- Which marketplace do you sell in?
- Have you completed registration for the marketplace that is receiving the cancelled orders?
- Are you selling via FBA or MFN?
- Have you created a support case with Seller Support on this issue?
Once I have a bit more information from you, I may be able to provide more troubleshooting guidance.
