Enforcing Brand Registry Copyright and Trademark violations help.

We have a trademark and copyright on our product and it's wording. People have copied it word for word as well as the images. We submitted everything through our Brand registry account for these violations, as they are blatant. Amazon rejected them stating that they didn't see any issues. Of course this makes no sense to us as they are literally exact copies of everything we have legally protected. Anyone have recommendations of what to do or a firm to talk to that handles Amazon copyright infringement?

Hello @Seller_KS2nU7z67nqGl!

Thank you for surfacing this to us on the Forums!

I've taken a look at your submissions and can see that a lot have been accepted! For the ones that are not accepted, a few things to remember, if you're reporting copyrighted images, be sure to select the exact images that are violating and not the offers themselves. Also, be sure that your attaching your Copyright registration number and or links to the copyrighted works!

Tried to give some light on how fake Brand Registry is and that you should get a lawyer.

Amazon would not let me post. Authoritarian.

Copyright Infringement Flywheel on Amazon:

1- You detect a copycat on search results or most likely on your product page.

2- You report a copyright infringement.

3- Amazon removes the copycat.

4- The copycat applies for a counter notice and after you're informed of that, they will be reinstated in 10 days if you don't file a lawsuit against them.

5- Lawsuits cost a fortune and don't make sense for the majority of products sold here.

6- You learn to co-exist with your copycat and/or move on to another product (while swearing against BR inside your head)...
