Video Management is available for any brand, or for Sellers who have sold on Amazon for more than three month and who meet other eligibility requirements.

This help page has a step-by-step process of how to upload videos if you meet the requirements Upload a video.

If you have been selling on Amazon for less than 3 months you could register for Brand Registry if it is applicable in order to have the video upload function. You can find more details on this page: Brand Registry.
