hello verification code for brand registry in not sent to trade mark correspondent email address.they have checked in spam also.after multiples mails,they are not reading mails ,with out answering to the questions, they have been keep on forwarding the same mail for all my complains

Thanks for your post.
You will need to check the email address that is listed on the agency website where the trademark is registered to. While they have checked SPAM, their system may be blocking certain email addresses. You may also want to send a test email to address to ensure it is working correctly.
