Fake reviews?

One of my product received three 1 star REVIEWS, and the two accounts bought only my product, the one account bought my product and the other one.

So my question is:

1、Is that fake reviews?

2、How can delete it?

Fake reviews?

Anybody may leave a product review. Does not matter if they purchased the item on Amazon or not. The only requirement for leaving product review is that the user must have made Amazon purchases of at least (not sure -- it used to be $25, but think it was raised).

Amazon seldom removes product reviews. When they do it will be for reasons of their own, and not at the behest of a seller.

If you apply to Seller Support they will refer you to a community something or other email. That is a placebo. Nobody reads those.
