Error 5665 is getting back to me again and again
Dear everyone,
I'm urgently seeking a solution to this problem:
About a month ago, I received the following email while attempting to get approval for my brand to sell on Amazon:
"In the future, if you wish to request another review, we will need new images demonstrating branding that distinguishes the product from similar items not associated with your brand. This could involve having the brand name printed directly on the packaging or the product itself."
When I initially received the aforementioned email, I went the extra mile by investing additional funds into having the factory create a new mold with my brand and logo, as well as reproducing the packaging.
Yesterday, I submitted new images to Amazon, including various angles of the product and its packaging, but I received the exact same response.
I am truly at a loss for what to do next.
Any guidance is highly appreciated.
