Customer returned product to Amazon without packaging and got a refund
I am fairly new to amazon selling. Recently a customer returned product to Amazon without packaging and got a full refund. Amazon returned the item to me but it is not sellable since it is without the original manufacturer box. How do I go about any recourse on this? Is possible to get Amazon to compensate me for this lost income?

Hi @Seller_XN2Pm4Ik0c6xa,
Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the frustration this has caused!
It sounds like you may be looking to submit a Safe-T claim for this. I'd recommend taking a look at this post about how to file a SAFE-T claim: steps and best practices.
If you have any additional questions throughout this process, please let me know!
All the best,
Jameson
