[Urgent Help] Seller Account temporary Locked due to unual activity
Please help me out! I registerred as seller at the end of the last month, after 2 days I got an alert says that I should change the password, I didn't do it imeadiately becuase I am being busy do other preaparations for my bussiness, when I reset the password one week later, I noticed "temporary Locked due to unual activity" after I input the OTP. I contact the Amazon Customer Service they said there is no locker on my account and my account is active in their system, they redirect me to seller central saying that it could be an locker on my seller account. Then when I go to seller central support ask for help, the reply is always your issue resides with your Amazon consumer account.
What should I do in this case? I being calling Customer Central for one month for help but still in the same position.
