Not Happy with Safe T Claims. Amazon service is very bad.

I have received Totally Damaged product on return. Lot of scraches and loss item. When i ask of Safe T Return they will provide Rs.190/- only and product amount is 1499/- what the use of this claim when my product is damaged.
Amazon denied for extra claim and now i have in big loss on my product. i Hope not using amazon in future and not recommend to anyone also. Its big loss of amazon clients as well.
