Amazon does not want to unblock my account despite sending the documents it requires from me - could I count on help from someone from Amazon?

A few months ago, I received a message about my potential use of an unauthorized form of drop shipping - my account was placed under observation for 30 days several times - after which the account was unblocked and blocked again after a few days. After these few times, the account was permanently deactivated. Despite sending the required documents, my appeals are not accepted by Amazon, which makes me very sad. I think the accusations are not true. I provided evidence that:

-I obtained all products myself from reliable suppliers - I sent purchase invoices for these products

-each shipment was sent from my company's premises from the carrier with whom I signed a contract - the labels contain my data as the issuing entity and the details of the customer to whom the shipment was sent

-receipts and sales invoices were issued by my company identifying me as the seller

-shipments have tracking numbers thanks to which you can track them on the carrier's website.

I sent an action plan, steps taken to prevent such a warning from happening in the future, I once again analyzed Amazon's entire policy on this topic, but all I get is an automatic message and a request for information that I have just sent... it's very depressing and unfair. Could I get some help from an Amazon employee here? Because I have the impression that these appeals are rejected automatically after a few hours.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards
