Hi, we are trying to sell apparel that is different sizes, colors, and genders. When creating a listing I can create a variation for color and size, but not male/female. Anyone know how? Amazon support chat has been useless.

since there is no gender as a variation theme, I would suggest selected the closest variation theme to use as gender. In this case, the closest variation theme would be style. Try using stylename as the variation theme and fill in Male/Female in the style name attributes.

If you're using a feed file then you have to select the "SpecialSizeType-SizeName-ColorName" variation theme and choose the genders from the "Special Size Type" column in the Discovery section for each child SKU.
Its similar if using the web form. Just choose Color, Apparel Size and Special Size.
