Amazon Seller Account Deactivated
Hello,
Amazon deactivated my seller account due to family having another account already. We reactivated the older account and requested for it to be deleted. However, when I submitted an appeal on the new account, I got the response "To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination."
Now I am a bit lost. I was told initially that I only had to reactivate the old account, and then appeal on the new account to let them know (along with providing the account name and reactivation date). There is no sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.
What can I do now?

Update: I submitted another appeal explicitly letting them know that the other account was deleted and was reactivated. Woohoo!

You can see this in your most recent performance notification as well, sent yesterday, 2/13/2024.
