An internal issue with requesting a call

Hi,

I'm requesting a call from amazon for a long time, and I keep getting this error.

'' internal failure sorry we are unable to process your request. try again ''

I have been communicating with through email with them, but its really useless, I cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers, different numbers, different laptops, different internet connection, and still getting the same issue..

how can I solve it please? Thanks

I have been communicating with through email with them, but its really useless, I cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers, different numbers, different laptops, different internet connection, and still getting the same issue..

When requesting a phone call from this group, a valid phone number is required to have on file in your "Emergency Contact" section in seller central which can be found here.
