BLOCKED ASIN by mistaken throught the right owner during filing the infringement to other seller
We have the right owner and trademark certificate…when we file the infringement by mistake we choose the all seller option in infringement form…and after that my own listing is also blocked…and now we do many times to appeal and send many mails to notice-dispute@amazon.in. but they did not take action rdgarding this…i have all the proofs and we are the asin creator and i have the trademark certificate also…and seller support is helpless.they dnt provide any solution…what we do now

My friend account is suspended due to that thing like which you said above .
Solution. mail to Amazon around 1 month maybe they open your listings

We have done the same mistake. We have retracted the complaint thru brand registry but still waiting for the reply from past 4 days. Very frustrating. Brand owners themselves are getting blocked from their own created asins. Is your sales is same as before or has gone down for that asin?

The best way to fix such issue when Amazon customer care don’t listen or help. Send an email to the CEO.

We have are facing the same issue. Amazon has first blocked the entire listing, then reinstated it such that no seller can list that product. I wrote more than 10 emails with screen shots and trademark certificates but they don’t understand the problem. I tried to Retract the violation. Seller support is useless in this case. Sending emails to notice-dispute@amazon.in is not helping even.
We are the trademark owners of the brand, but the listing is still blocked for all the sellers including our own seller account. Also, a new seller can’t list this product.
Now what should I do ?
