How we could do if the returned goods is not the parts we sold at Amazon?

Do you have good idea to solve the question about the returned is not the one sold ?
Our yoke have high price and performance working ,some buyer buy the good one from our link and return other normal cheaper or poor material back ?
I think the buyer has stolen money from us by this way .
It is distressed
